Returns & Refunds

You may return your unused, unopened and undamaged product with its original packaging and all accessories within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or a credit to purchase a different item at our online store. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect found.

Items that have been custom-made, such as those done with your brand or tag-line, are not refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us with your order number to request to return or exchange your purchased item. Unless specified otherwise, all items need to be returned to:

You will need to place the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address we would have provided.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless this is a damaged or defective product. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending of your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Items purchased using PayPal or Interac will be refunded using the same payment method as the initial order.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a refund, unless it was returned due to quality issues.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sales are final on discounted items, and they cannot be returned or refunded.
